To delete a customer, the user must be an administrator.
In order to delete a customer, first go into the admin menu.
From there, as long as the permission is enabled, you should see the option "Delete Customer"
Then, you should see the following screenshot. From here, simply enter the customer ID, ensure that the correct customer details are retrieved, and click delete.
