To add a user to a User Collection, open up the Admin Control Panel.
Click on Group Management
Find the User Collection you want to modify, and click Edit Permissions.
Enter the username you wish to add and click Add.
You will now see the user in the Group Member list.
To remove members from the group, you can either un-tick the box next to the username, or remove all users from the group with the Remove All Button.
