In order to add or amend a deal process, first enter the administrator control panel.



Then select "My Deal Process" highlighted in the image.




Within here, you can create or edit existing deal processes.




Select an existing process in order to edit it, otherwise click "New Action" in order to create one.


Within here, you can configure what rules specify what type of action, such as notifying a manager of a certain event, creating a task to be triggered upon an event, creating an appointment or sending out a questionnaire.


Once this is configured, select "Add Action" at the bottom of the page.
