To change the caller display on an individual outbound number call you will first need to find out how the number is being presented to the Voicesafe. Below the internal outbound call is being presented to the Voicesafe as 710.
To get this number to present the caller display of 02920555444 go to Admin tab > Features Configuration > DDI Aliases.
Next click on the plus button to add an alias.
State the phone number being presented to the Voicesafe within the 'Phone number' field. Then state the number you want to present within the 'Alias' field.
