If you are experiencing the following issues within Closeit please double check that you do not have compatibility view enabled:
- Unable to see tabs
- Inability to complete tasks or appointments
- Unable to select dates from pop calendars
Depending on the version of internet explorer you are running will depend how you disable compatibility view. Please follow the below steps for the version of Internet Explorer you are running.
From the login page
Internet Explorer 9
1. Tap the Alt key to display " File | Edit | View | Favourites | Tools | Help" tool bar menu
2. Click Tools and un- tick Compatibility View
Internet Explorer 10
1. Click the cog symbol on and select compatibility view settings from the drop down
2. Remove Closeit.co.uk from the list by highlighting and then clicking remove
And finally restart your browser
