In your browser type in the IP address of the voice safe followed by :10000 i.e.: 10.10.0.10:10000 and press enter or on the login page of Voicesafe click on Voicesafe Administration Login.


A new page will load if you have a problem remove the s from https to show http at the start of the URL


Log in to the interface using credentials provided to you


Username:sysadmin


Password:voicesafe




On the top left menu click on Servers then Call Recorder Configuration below.






Click on Failover Actions




Under Immediate Action select Failover Stop to stop recording or failover Start to start recording then click on Execute Now 



If you wish to Schedule the failover Start or stop to a later date,

Under Schedule Actions, Select the desired date and time, select Failover Stop to stop recording or failover Start to start recording then click on Add to add it to the schedule




If you change your mind and wish to delete a scheduled action then

Under the Delete column click the check box on the action you wish to cancel and click on Delete Selected
