You may wish to transfer customers from one user to another/others. The process can generally be only carried out by users with admin access. Please follow the below guide to carry out this task.
Click on Search
Advanced Search
Click on Find All Customers and then select the Salesman and a Date Range and click on Start Search
Click on Transfer Customers
Select the user/s you wish to transfer the customers to and click add. Once ready click on Transfer(you may need to click on the button again if the user has over 200 customer registered)
