Cannot find card matching the capture reference entered.


This error is reported when the Capture reference stated has been entered incorrectly or has already been submitted. 


To prevent this occurring make sure that the card reference being communicated has been correctly entered without any additional characters and that the 'Process' button has been clicked once.


If the 'Process' button is clicked multiple times the payment, in turn will be submitted multiple times, however with the Capture reference already of being used will fail.
