To configure the payment gateway you will need to have administration permissions and have an account setup with an approved provider, Please call email support or raise a ticket for a currently list of approved payment gateways on 08453730591 or support@voicesafe.co.uk.


Additionally please note that due to the confidential nature of this section CAS support is unable to configure this for you however will always be available to assist while you carry out the configuration.


1. Login to the Vociesafe and select the Admin tab > Features Configuration



2. Select Payment Gateway tab



3. Complete the fields with the details provided from your payment gateway. To help with troubleshooting, if you have been provided with testing details you can also state these.
