Please follow this illustrated guide to delete historic calls from the system


Login to Voicesafe with an administrator account and click on the Admin tab



In here click on Features Configuration  



In Features and Configuration select the Deletion tab 



In this screen you'd click the Yes radio button to enable schedule and select option 1 or 2

1. Recoding only this will only delete the mp3's
2. Recordings and Call Data Records will delete BOTH the MP3's AND the database entry


Basically option one frees up hard drive space, but they still have a record of the call in the GUI
option 2 deletes every mention of the call.



In this Screen click Delete Backup checkbox  and from the dropdown select the older than months calls you'd wish to delete and click save.

The system will now delete calls for the desired setting until you disable the schedule .
