When the Voicesafe licence expires, the voicesafe page will show as seen in the screenshot below. The page will also have a code looking something along the lines of BA:AA:12:34:AA:BB. When this page appears, please send us the code in the middle of the page to support@voicesafe.co.uk.

Once you receive the licence via email, save the attachment named lic-gui.txt to your desktop. On the Voicesafe age, click on browse

Select the file named lic-gui.txt saved on your desktop, and then click open. Then click on Active to activate the licence.

The Voicesafe login page should appear once loaded.
