There are several pre-set dashboards/reports built into the Voicesafe system to provide analysis of telephone activity. The search bar allows you to specify your search criteria to return the relevant results.
Call Summary
Here you will find an overview of calls into/made from the dealership(s) depending on your specified criteria. The first graph will show you by date how many calls you have taken/made and the second report will split that out by answered, engaged, unanswered and failed. These reports have the option to print and/or download the information.
Distribution Call Time
This report drills down into the overall call summary by day of week, hour of day and date. Using this information provides valuable feedback in relation to busiest times of day and week. Again, you can specify the relevant search criteria to return the relevant information. This also provides an overview of activity, but either staff member/department.
Distribution Ring Time
This report ring times ring before answer by day of week, hour of day and date enabling you to ensure calls are answered within your preferred time frame.
