Searching for a call
Upon initial log in you are directed to the search page. The basic search options are visible with the more advanced search options in the “more fields” section. You can search by full or partial number/direct dial or extension. You can also search by label if you have added these to your Voicesafe system. There is the option to search for calls either inbound, outbound or both directions. There are pre determined time frames to search by, or you can specify a particular time and date range from within the “more fields” and selecting the from/to date and time ranges . Also within the more fields section you can search by maximum/minimum call and ring time, hide withheld numbers/transfers, choose the call recorded you want to search on if you have multiple sites and also the status of the call whether it was answered, unanswered, engaged or failed. Once you have entered your criteria, press search and your results will be displayed.
Search results
Starting from left to right you have the call date, time, source (caller) number/label, call direction (inbound or outbound), the destination number/label, ring time, call length, status of the call, whether it was answered, missed or engaged, view details to find out more information about the call, play button to play the call and add to playlist. You can sort the results in the list by clicking on the heading of the particular column. This will sort the results alphabetically or numerically depending on the column selected. You will also see that the total amount of calls and call time displayed that is relevant.
Details
Clicking View details button will display additional information, such as which recording server the call was captured on and the extension/DDI at that location. You will also be able to see if the call has been transferred (dependant on your PBX), any related calls made to or from the external number as well as the audit history relating to the call e.g. who has listened to the call. You also have a quick link section on the right hand side where you can add the call to your playlist or replay the call straight away.
Player
At the top of your Voicesafe page is the media player. If you click the play button this is where you call will start to play. If you click on the player button the media player will expand to show you details about the call and upcoming calls in your playlist. You can click the player button again to hide it.
Playlist
Add multiple calls to a playlist to enable you to review multiple calls while continuing to browse around the Voicesafe interface. You can see what you have queued for playback by clicking the playlist button in the navigation window. Remove a call by clicking the playlist button again. You can also see what’s in your playlist by clicking on the player and using the arrows on the right hand side to click through your queues calls.
