In this section you can set up different user groups for your Voicesafe. If you are a single user site you may want to add sales/aftersales/parts and so on. If you are a multisite business, you may want to set up groups depending on franchise, area, dealership name etc. If you would like assistance with the best way to set up your Voicesafe Groups please contact your account manager. To add a group, select create new group from the navigation panel.




Provide a name for the group, link groups if you wish for multiple users to see the relevant calls for their job role. To add a user click on the username and press submit. You will then see that it turns grey meaning they can now access that server/location. To add multiple users at one time hold down CTRL whilst clicking on the names then press submit. We recommend that you add users to groups during initial setup.




You can update a group by clicking update group and edit as required.
