This controls what numbers users have access to.
White Lists
Allows users or groups to search for and listen to calls within the assigned white lists.
Black Lists
Removes search and replay access to calls/numbers to users who have black lists assigned to them.
Create
To create a white/blacklist you need to click create new list on the right hand side navigation panel.
Name the list and select if it’s a white or black list.
You then click the pencil next to your new list to edit it. You will then be able to scroll down to the bottom of the page to add the relevant groups/individual users and numbers to the access list. Once you are happy with it, click submit and the relevant changes will be applied.
