Access the login screen of Voicesafe by typing the IP address in your browser URL.


Under the Login link click on System Administration Login





A new page will load if the page fails to load please try stating your IP address followed by :10000 within your address bar. For example


192.168.1.1:10000


Log in to the interface using credentials provided to you 


Username:sysadmin 


Password:voicesafe















On the top left menu click on Servers then Call Recorder Configuration below.




Click on CAS Network (VPN) on the right of the screen


















Click the Activate button, wait for the screen to refresh. The VPN active box should turn from red to green.
