This will show you all the calls currently going on in the business. This is similar to the main search page, you will see the internal number, call direction external number, start date and the duration the call is currently on. You can also tag calls to specific departments, when a call comes in you can give it a tag from the assigned department drop down for example sales/service or parts. These departments can be configured in the Admin – Department
