There maybe a couple of reasons why you are unable to log in to your user account please review the below to see if you fall into any of these categories.


Reset your Password


It is not always easy keeping on top of your passwords. We don't like to give hackers much of a chance so as a security measure we do not report if a user name is correct and a password is wrong. If you receive the below and are sure your username is correct then it is a good chance your password is not.























Contact your sites administrator and ask them to reset your password for you, if you are not sure who your sites administrator is please give us a call and provided we have remote connection to your Voicesafe we will let them know via email that you wish for your password to be reset if we don't have remote connection we will need to get in contact with the purchaser of the Voicesafe. Hopefully it will not get to that stage though.

Checking a user is active


Is your user account still active? As with the password reset we are cagey with disclosing user information on the Voicesafe log in page, please contact your system administrator or give us a call and provided we have remote connection to your Voicesafe we will contact them on your behalf.
