Please be aware only users with administration rights can reset other users password
From time to time users can forget there passwords or simply mistype when changing. As an administrator of the Voicesafe it falls on you to reset these for them through the administration tools.
All companies have different policies and procedures so please adhere to your companies when performing a password reset.
Log in to your Voicesafe and click admin
Click on User
Click on the edit user icon
Type in a new password, confirm the password and then click OK. The password will now be reset
