When reporting an issue, you may be asked to follow the steps to reproduce process to provide data for us to work on. To do this:


Click on the start button and type "Steps to reproduce"


Click on "Record steps to reproduce a problem"


On the Step Recorder, press "Start Record"


Reproduce the issue you are having with Closeit or VoiceSafe, Starting with the home screen, working through until you get the error you are reporting.


Click Stop Record on the Step Recorder



When you stop the recording, you will be automatically be prompted to save the file.


Finally, reply back to the email from us, attaching the zip file generated in the steps above.
