Campaign Details page includes some details which are not familiar with many users. Therefore we have created the below guide.
To get to the campaign page please follow the below steps.
Click on Campaigns> Click on any of your campaigns available.
You will then see the Campaign Details page.
Please see a small explanation of each of the headings highlighted above.
Name: The name of the campaign you are currently viewing
Start/End Date: This is the date range of when the campaign was active. The field is optional and therefore some campaigns may not have a start and end date.
Run For: This advises how long the campaign been running for.
Status: Shows whether the campaign is either enabled or disabled.
Total Enquiries: Advises how many enquiries have been made.
Total Budget: This field is configured when creating the campaign or can be edited using the Edit Campaign button. The field should have the total cost of running the campaign.
Budget Per Enquiry: This field will break down the cost of the enquiry by dividing the Total Budget by the the total calls received.
Budget Per Minute: This field will break the cost down even further, by dividing the Total Budget by the total minutes spent on calls.
Cost per Enquiry: This shows Cost per enquiry for each Advert which are related to the campaign.
