At some point you may want to physically bypass the voicesafe that is completely taking the voicesafe out of the loop as if it did not exist.
Step 1
Identify the isdn cable that is the cable coming out of your line provider i.e BT you'll find that it is either connected to the back of the voicesafe wall socket port as shown in example 1 or it's connected to port 2 in (the 6th slot of the openvox) as shown in example 2
Step 2
Identify your phone system it will be connected to the back of the voicesafe phone system port as shown in example 3 or or port 1 in (the third slot on the openvox as shown in example 4
Step 3
Disconnect the Isdn from the back of the voicesafe or the openvox shown in example 1 and example 2 and connect that cable directly to your phone system the port that the cable shown on example 3 or 4 is currently connected to.
You should now have your line provider isdn cable connected directly to your phone system.
Please note your phone lines will be disconnected during this procedure and may take up to 15 minute to synchronise with your phone system.
