The permissions in Closeit are extensive and may not be obvious what each permission is for. This page will explain these permissions which are managed on the group management page.
Please follow the below guide where we will cover the Reception Module section of Permissions.
Click on Main> Admin Control Panel
Group Management
Click on Edit Permissions on the relevant Permission Group.
Click on Reception Module to expand the section
As you can see in the above screenshot, the permissions have appeared under Reception Module. Even though some permissions are self explanatory, below are explanations on what each permission is used for.
Auto-Search Customers on Call Back Pad - Allows users to search for customers already in the customer database by typing part of the name in the first name field
Can Access Call Back List - Allows user to access the call back list page
Can Broadcast from Client - Allows users to send messages to all users in Task Monitor
Can Complete Anyones Call Back - Allows users to complete other users call back messages/tasks
Can Send SMS from Client - Allows users to send SMS in Task Monitor
Can View Other Users Call Back Details - Allows users to view to other users call back details
Can View Phone Book - Allows users to view the phone book
Can View Reception Dashboard - Allows users to view the reception dashboard
Can View Reception Page - Allows users to view the reception page/pad
Display Call List in Tools Menu - Displays Calls list in the Tools menu
Display Reception Page on Login - Displays the reception page/pad when you first login
Reception Phone Log - Gives access to the Reception Phone Log report
Report - Reception Walk-In Log - Gives access to the Reception Walk-In Log report
View Phone Book - Allows users to view the phone book
Simply click in the Enable/Disable radio box to enable or disable accordingly. Once complete, click update and the permission/s will go live within an hour.
