The permissions in Closeit are extensive and may not be obvious what each permission is for. This page will explain these permissions which are managed on the group management page.
Please follow the below guide where we will cover the Marketing Manager Module section of Permissions.
Click on Main
Admin Control Panel
Group Management
Click on Edit Permissions on the relevant Permission Group.
Click on Marketing Manager Module to expand the section
As you can see in the above screenshot, the permissions have appeared under Marketing Manager Module. The Marketing Module permissions are only used for Adoptimiser account holders . Even though some permissions are self explanatory, below are explanations on what each permission is used for.
Can Add New Users - Defunct
Can Associate Contact Method To Adverts - Allows users to associate contact methods to adverts
Can Create/Edit Adverts - Allows users to create and edit adverts
Can Create/Edit Campaigns - Allows users to create and edit campaigns
Can Create/Edit Contact Methods - Allows users to create and edit contact methods
Can Delete Adverts - Allows users to delete adverts
Can Delete Campaigns - Allows users to delete campaigns
Can Export Data - Allows user to export data
Can View Customer Identifiable Data - Shows Customer names against calls which match customer details on their Closeit accounts
Can View Dashboards - Can view the dashboards in Adoptimiser
Display Executive Summary Page on Login - Shows the executive summary page when you first login.
Simply click in the Enable/Disable radio box to enable or disable accordingly. Once complete, click update and the permission/s will go live within an hour.
