The permissions in Closeit are extensive and may not be obvious what each permission is for. This page will explain these permissions which are managed on the group management page.


Please follow the below guide where we will cover the Access Rights section of Permissions.


Click on Main> Admin Control Panel



Group Management



Click on Edit Permissions on the relevant Permission Group.



Click on Access Rights to expand the section



As you can see in the above screenshot, the permissions have appeared under Access Rights. Even though some permissions are self explanatory, below are explanations on what each permission is used for.


Create New Appointment - Permission to create new appointments


Create New Deals - Permission to create new deals


Create New Part Exs - Permissions to create new part exchanges


Create New Tasks - Permission to create new tasks


Delete Appointments - Permission to delete appointments


Delete Deals - Permission to delete deals


Delete Part Exs - Permissions to delete part exchanges


Delete Tasks - Permission to delete tasks


Disable Customer SMS - Permission to disable sending SMS's to customers(Note this permission is backwards. If you want to disable this permission, select enabled)


File Repository - Allow Access - Permission to access the file repository on the Deal Builder page> Forms & Files tab


File Repository - Allow Upload & Delete - Permission to upload and delete files in the files repository on the Deal Builder page> Forms & Files tab


Update Appointments - Permission  to update appointments


Update Deals - Permission to update deals


Update Part Exs - Permission to update part exchanges


Update Tasks - Permission to update tasks


View Appointments - Permission to view appointments


Views Deals - Permission to view deals


View Enquiry Form Script Editor - Permission to access the page Main> Admin Control Panel>Form Configuration> Edit Enquiry Form Parameters


View Part Exs - Permission to view part exchanges


View Tasks - Permission to view tasks



Simply click in the Enable/Disable radio box to enable or disable accordingly. Once complete, click update and the permission will go live within an hour or so.
