You may come across a problem where some tasks and messages are in your inbox/diary that you are unable to complete. There are generally 2 reasons why this may be occurring.


1. Your user account doesn't have the correct permissions. In this case you would need to ask your administrator/person who set you up to give you the necessary permissions.


2. The other reason could be the task/message was created at a dealership that is part of your dealer group, but one you do not have access to. In this instance you would need to ask a Manager at the foreign site to add you to a permission group at their site.
